JOB ROLE:
1. Ensuring overdue customers pay by the due date.
2. Drive sales through existing customer database
3. Handling service requests and ensuring their resolution within TAT
JOB REQUIREMENT:
1. Good interpersonal skills, high energy and methodical
2. Excellent communication skills with customer service orientation
3. Courteous and polite
4. Graduate (fresher) / Undergraduate (experienced) preferably in a call Centre
5. For all positions, good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
6. Kanand and Telugu speaking required
